The full Moon is a time of release. Let go of problems, worries, unwanted behavior, and toxic people. This act of release allows you to heal and move forward, unburdened by these things. The Moon's brightness offers hope and white celestial light to guide you forward, bestowing blessings from the Moon Goddess, Selene.
If this is your first time journaling for this, write down what you would like to let go of. Write until you feel finished. If this is not your first entry, write down how you felt throughout the month regarding what you put on your list.
Ex:
I release myself from _______
I cleanse myself of _______
I free myself of _______
I forgive myself for _______
I let go of this toxic person in my life.
I will stop smoking.
I free myself of my poisonous behaviors.
Journal again at the end of your ritual to document how you felt during and after it leading up to the next ritual.
When the next month rolls around, write down what you would like to let go of, how you felt after performing the ritual, and how you felt throughout the month. After you have completed the task, go back and read your previous entry. Make a note of and write down any changes. Are there still some things from the last list to let go of? If so, what are you still holding on to?
