This spell is used when you need an extra helping hand removing someone's influence from your life.

Supplies:

- Mortar & Pestle

- Salt

- Black Pepper

- Red Pepper

- Elmer's Glue (the one with the tapered tip)

- Large piece of paper

- Pen

Instructions:

1) Write the person's name giving you problems in big letters on the paper.

2) Mix the salt, black, and red pepper with the mortar and pestle.

3) Trace the letters of the name with the glue.

4) While still wet, sprinkle the glue with the banishing mixture

5) As the glue dries, repeat the following chant:

Goddess made the man/woman and dog,

nose to the ground and let me be,

run- not walk- away from me.

6) When completely dry, burn the paper and place the ashes near the person bothering you. Alternatively, if you cannot do that, put the ashes on top of a photo of the person and fold the photo with the mixture inside three times AWAY from your body. Bury off your property, preferably at a crossroads (if possible).
