Cleansing Salt Scrub

This salt scrub cleans the aura from any negative energies associated with you throughout the day. Use it before performing any rituals or spells. 

Note: This scrub is made with salt because it cleanses and purifies. However, it may dry out your skin. Add nourishing oils to the scrub and moisturize afterward. Salt can be abrasive, so do not over-scrub. 

Supplies:

• 1 C Sea salt (Do not use fine sea salt. It will disintegrate too quickly and won't be 

functional as a body scrub) 

• 1 Tblspn Oils of choice (sweet almond, coconut, Grapeseed, jojoba, etc) 

• 2-3 drops of Essential oils (Rosemary, Sage, Lavender, Peppermint) 

• 1 tsp Vitamin E oil (preserves and helps keep from spoiling) 

• Optional: ½ tblspn Dried ground herbs of the above herbs. 

• Optional: lotion as much as desired

1. Mix all ingredients. If you want a thicker scrub, add a lotion to the mixture. This keeps the salt from flaking off and getting everywhere but your skin. If you avoid adding lotion, add what you want until you have the desired consistency. Store for up to 3 months.
   

2. After you jar up your scrub, place your hands around it and visualize a bluish glow emitting from the jar. This is the glow of purification. Hold the image until you feel it is filled with your intent of purifying your aura. It can be used immediately. 

It is up to 3-4 uses, depending on how much scrub you use.
